Our Travel Day Started With Rain
Ended In A Rest Area!
We kick off our "2022 Path to Adventure" with this video as we leave Texas, headed for the sandy beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama! In a repeat of the start to our "2021 Path to Adventure", we decided not to book an overnight reservation and just drive until we got tired and see where we land!
We made it to the Mississippi Welcome Center, which is three hours from Gulf Shores, before we called it a night at that rest area. After a restful night's sleep, we make it to Gulf Shores and check-in to Island Retreat RV Park, where we plan to have some fun and relaxation!
