It's The Tallest One!
Royal Gorge, Colorado!
Adventure awaits around every corner at Royal Gorge Bridge and Park in Canon City, Colorado! The bridge is home to America's highest suspension bridge and is 956-feet above the river below! Thrill seekers can also ride their sky coaster and gondola! There are live Native American performances, a playground for the kids and even a Cafe on-site!
Next, we visit Manitou Cliff Dwellings in Manitou Springs, Colorado where we explore the Puebloan ruins from 800-1000 years ago. Walking through the three story, 40-room dwelling was an experience we will never forget! The museum was very informative, too!
Our last adventure of the day was Broadmoor Seven Falls in Colorado Springs, Colorado! Often referred to as "The Grandest Mile of Scenery" in Colorado, Seven Falls is a place you have to see to believe. There are two hikes atop the 224-stairs to the top of the falls and a viewing deck at the halfway mark up the falls that offers great views!
